Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To request a refund for your order, please take the following steps.

Personalized Big League Chew 

For personalized packs of Big League Chew ordered through the "Customize" page of our website, please send an email to myblc@fordgum.com that includes the following information.

  • Order Number
  • Date your order was placed
  • Date your order was delivered
  • Picture(s) of your personalized product
  • An explanation of why you are requesting a refund

We will assess your refund request to determine if your order is eligible for a full or partial refund. Reasons an order may be eligible for a refund include product defects such torn or damaged packaging, incorrect image used for custom label, or expired gum. 

Customers may request cancellation/refunds for personalized product orders that have not yet shipped. If you would like to cancel an order that has not yet shipped, please send an email to myblc@fordgum.com with your Order Number and the reason you are requesting to cancel your order. Depending on the work that has already been completed for your order, we may be able to offer a full refund, partial refund, or no refund.

Big League Chew Dugout Club Concessions Orders

For wholesale Big League Chew cases purchased through the "Concessions" page of our website, please send an email to sales@fordgum.com that includes the following information.

  • Order Number
  • Date your order was placed
  • Date your order was delivered
  • Picture(s) of the product you received
  • An explanation of why you are requesting a refund

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Replacements
If you received the wrong product(s) or the product(s) you received were damaged/defective, we will work to ship you replacement product(s) in line with your original order. 

Refunds
If your order is deemed eligible for a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
